As Auctioneers, we would welcome the opportunity to consider and analyze the needs of the client, the property, the current market conditions and determine if auction is the best possible method for the owners asset.
A Real Estate Broker/Agent can refer a Property Seller to SoldOutright with the owners permission and receive a percentage of the sale, basically, commissions with minimum commitment of time to the actual sale proceeding.
Essentially, as the Referring Broker/Agent in an Auction Event, your primary responsibility is to introduce a qualified prospect. SoldOutright protects the Broker/Agent relationship with their Client and your referral fee’s are paid immediately after closing. Our Accelerated Auction Marketing Program & Auction Process creates “non-contingent sales”, allowing all funds to be distributed in a reasonable and reliable timeline without conditions.
